   Wes Craven~He has a far better record than most horror movie directors.
   John Carpenter used to be much better but went off the mark somewhere along the way.
   Quentin Tarantino definitely has his own style, and it’s very marketable.
   Rob Zombie seems to have one speed: overkill.

   I would have to go with Wes Craven, although he hasn’t directed a truly great horror film since Nightmare On Elm Street (although I did think Wes Craven’s New Nightmare and Scream were very good). Zombie directs demented films, and Tarantino’s films are more about dialoge than scares, and he’s never really directed a truly scary film.

   How can you compare Wes Craven to the other two. I’m a huge Zombie and Tarentino fan. But Craven has made some HORROR movies!
   watch Last House on the Left and tell me who is better!
