What Is A Movie That Will Scare The Pants Off Of My Legs?

Before I begin, I must first say that I have seen The Descent, The Ring, The Grudge, The Exorcist, and basically every mainstream horror movie made pre-dating the mid 1990’s. I have yet to find one movie that actually prevented me from sleeping for even just one night.
So yeah, title says it all; what movie can I watch that will scare the crap out of me? I’m not asking for a gore-fest; I find such movies actually pretty funny and far from scary. A legit psychological thriller that will keep me awake for days. I’m pretty sure no such movie exists in the mainstream, but I do believe some underground and less heard of movies will do the job.
P.S. The Exorcist is NOT scary; do not even think about bringing it up.

What Was The Old B&w Horror Film Where People Turn Into Seaweed-covered Monsters?

Back in the 1960’s when I was a kid I saw a scary movie on the Saturday afternoon Creature Feature where people were slowly covered in seaweed or moss. It was some kind of infection or transformation caused by radiation and it started out as a patch of green fuzzy stuff here and there and grew until the people were covered in it, like “Swamp Thing.” I recall near the end when a man and woman are rowing a small boat in the fog and he turns into a vegetation man as the fog clears. I believe it was in black-and-white. There may have been a larger ghost ship involved at sea and the “disease” came from there. It scared the crap out of me. I have to see this movie again. Thanks.

i dont remember alot about it because i watched it when i was young but…
it must have been made in the 1990’s it was a horror movie( i dont think it was restricted tho). it was like a ghost movie and i remember it was about people getting numbers carved into there foreheads.

I was flipping through channels and saw a scene of (what was the end) of a scary movie, showing a young girl in a jester/clown (halloween?) costume, half red, half white. The police seemingly brought her home. It looked familiar, like a move from the late 80’s or early 90’s that I’d seen years ago. Any ideas?

i used to watch a small child a horror movie about these monsters that used to eat women, the women insides are green (keep in mind i am 20yrs now so it would have been early 1990’s), they try to recruit a child to join in the feast, and there was a evil woman somewhere in the movie and i cannot remember the name, can you help?
